DELIVERY INFORMATION
UK standard delivery
This is free of charge – you should receive your goodies in 2 to 5 WORKING days from the date of dispatch, which doesn’t include the weekend, even though a lot of folks work at the weekend.
Please note that some of our designs will take longer as we are doing them fresh off the press for you. This will allow us to ensure the quality and life of the garment. We thank you in advance for your patience. They will be worth the wait.
Highlands and Islands delivery will take an extra day or two.
Europe
£5.00 – The delivery can take up to 14 working days.
Rest of world:
£10.00 – The delivery can take up to 14 working days.
Please note, that we do our best to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible, however, there may be occasions due to stuff happening out of our control which could result in a slight delay.

RETURNS POLICY
If you order something from us and it has not reached your expectations, we will take it back. We will refund or replace.
How to return it
1. Package up the item. GOOD RECYCLING IDEA – you can reuse the package you received it in, just tape up the opening securely.
2. Wander down to the post office with parcel and ask the nice cashier for a POP (proof of postage) receipt.
What to do if I am outside of the UK?
Follow steps 1, 2 and 3 as above, do not forget to take some money with you to pay for postage.

Cancelling an order outside of the UK but within the European Union.
Within the European Union your order may be cancelled within 7 days of receipt. This means you must have placed it in the post prior to the 7 day deadline with an e-mail to vic@wearerushworth.co.uk confirming you have cancelled it.
In this case we will refund the standard postage and packaging costs you paid to return it to us, as part of that order (if any) in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
If you cancel an order or part order after 7 days we will not refund any postage or packaging costs however we will refund the cost of the goods up to 3 months.
After 3 months, if you are not happy with the garment and how it is performing, you can still return your garment to our technical department who will be happy to use the information you give us to improve product quality. All valid returns will be given a credit note.
The rest of the world
Sorry guys but we would love for you to be happy with our stuff but we cannot refund the postage and packaging for returns/cancellations.
If you return it to us within 3 months, we will of course replace the item or refund you for the item. After 3 months but up to a year, we will give you a credit note if the return is valid.
The exceptions
There are a few bad eggs who order, wear it, then return it asking for a refund, hence changing their clothes collection regularly at no cost. You know who you are, and we do too, this brand is not for you. The good news is that we will pass the clothes on to a charity for a well deserved wearing and you will not receive a refund.
